Patterns of behaviour and the way you look at yourself and others is not set in stone. You can grow and change. You can get beyond what is troubling you now.

With my guidance, you can work through the pain that is holding you back. You can create new ways of being that are much more effective, loving and fulfilling, both within yourself and with others. You can discover what you really want and need in life and what you want to share with others.
This is not about a sticking plaster, telling the story or applying techniques. This is about working to tease apart the messages we have taken on from life and that we unconsciously carry with us now. This is where focusing on embodiment can help so much. Here we can notice what is happening in the body and really change what is driving us. In the body we experience and live out our anxiety and fear or we disconnect with our bodies and shut down our feelings. Then we are lost without our wisdom that knows how to navigate life. This is about finding life beyond this experience.
Therapy with me happens in a gentle and doable way. It happens in a way that you take it into your lives so that you are in the driving seat of creating your life. The things that are holding you back can start to come out of a destructive process into one that creates connection instead.
Once on this path of empowerment through embodiment:

After that, talking therapy sessions for individuals are 1 hour long and cost £70.
Sessions for couples are 1 hour and 30 minutes long and cost £120.
I work in a comfortable and private place that is easy to find with ample parking outside.
