Relationship Therapy and Coaching for Individuals and People in Relationship.


Patterns of behaviour and the way you look at yourself and others is not set in stone.  You can grow and change.  You can get beyond what is troubling you now.  

Have you noticed that when things are difficult, it can be hard to change things on your own?   You might just know that things are not working as you want them to, that you are in that repetitive pattern that shows up again and again and that if you are in relationship, you can't seem to reach across and get close even though you might really want to.  


I will support and guide you to:

  • feel safe to talk about the difficult things that you really need to say to move forwards. 

  • appreciate why you are feeling or acting as you are and enable you to make permanent changes that will transform the way you live your life.  

With my guidance, you can start to create new ways of relationship that are much more effective, loving and fulfilling, both within yourself and with others.  This is whether you are single or in partnership.  You can discover what you really want and need in life and what you want to share with others. 

  • You can learn to communicate in a way that is more effective and constructive. 

  • Find the sex life that really suits you.

  • You can begin to create a life that is true to who you really are and not who you think you have to be to get another’s love or approval.

I understand that you might feel hesitant and nervous.  That you want to put things off for a bit longer.  Part of my work is to help you find the courage you need to make these changes. ​ Imagine the relief of looking back on this instead of being in the middle of it.


My work is trauma informed where we go beyond telling the story of what has and is happening to rewriting the story into a new experience of life.

Sessions for individuals are 1 hour 10 minutes long and cost £80

Sessions for couples are 1 hour and 30 minutes long and cost £120 

Once we know each other, and if you would like to work with touch, we can arrange longer sessions, particularly if you are coming from further afield.  Please read about touch sessions here.


I work in a comfortable and private place that is easy to find with ample parking outside.
