Patterns of behaviour and the way you look at yourself and others is not set in stone. You can grow and change. You can get beyond what is troubling you now.
Have you noticed that when things are difficult, it can be hard to break patterns and change things on your own? You might just know that things are not working as you want them to. You might feel that you are going around in circles and that if you are in relationship, you can't seem to reach across and get close even though you really want to.
I hold a compassionate and accepting space outside of the framework of blame, shame and making wrong. l support and guide you to:
feel safe to talk about the difficult things that you really need to say to move forwards.
get to the bottom of why things are happening as they are and enable you to make permanent changes that will transform the way you live your life.
With my guidance, you can work through the pain that is holding you back. You can create new ways of relationship that are much more effective, loving and fulfilling, both within yourself and with others. This is whether you are single or in partnership. You can discover what you really want and need in life and what you want to share with others.
This is not about a sticking plaster, telling the story or applying techniques. This is about working with the instincts that make us see red and want to fight, the drives that make us want to run away and the flatness and disconnect that can happen when things are hard. These are the instincts that are coming from the brain and nervous system. Although they are holding you back, they are natural reactions to events in your life.
Once we know this, we can begin to address this at a deep and embodied (in the body) level to bring about permanent change. It happens in a gentle and doable way. It happens in a way that you take it into your lives so that you are in the driving seat of creating a new way together. The things that are holding you back can start to come out of a destructive process into one that creates connection instead.
Once on this path of empowerment through embodiment:
you can learn communication skills that are more effective and constructive. You will find that this will feed through into all areas of your life such as work and business, family life and with friends.
the sex life that really suits you becomes available.
you can begin to create a life that is true to who you really are and not who you think you have to be to get another’s love or approval.
you can come to see relationship as a container for you that is built around respect and trust with vision and agreements that support you to thrive.

After that, sessions for individuals are 1 hour 10 minutes long and cost £80.
Sessions for couples are 1 hour and 30 minutes long and cost £120.
I work in a comfortable and private place that is easy to find with ample parking outside.
